If your laptop has other questions about your hub/dock, such as the hub/dock becoming hot, the screen going black, the laptop can't working...
When the hub/dock's HDMI port is not working, no display will be shown on a monitor connected to the hub or dock, or the resolution is turned to a lower resolution. This problem may be caused by the connected laptop, HDMI cable, monitor, or hub/dock.
If your connected devices are not charging via the hub’s PD port, it may be due to an issue with the connected laptop, the device you’re charging, the charger and charging cable, or the hub itself.
If you connect a device to the USB-A port but it cannot be recognized by your laptop or you cannot transfer data between the device and your laptop, the issue may lie in the connected laptop, USB-A device, or with the hub/dock itself.
If your laptop cannot recognize an SD card, the issue may be caused by the connected laptop, the SD card, or the hub/dock itself.
If there is a network problem connecting a network cable via a dock's network port, it may be due to the ethernet cable, the computer, and the hub/dock itself.
When you plug a 3.5mm audio device such as a headphone, headset, etc., into the hub/dock’s audio port, but no sound is heard from the audio device, the issue may be caused by the connected laptop, audio device, or hub/dock.
