Hello,
I recently bought a docking station with serial number SEDK1501. Until now, it has been working fine. I purchased a new Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 laptop (with PD port) and connected it to the docking station during the first use of the laptop, and everything worked correctly. At the office, I have another docking station, I connected it without any issues. I came back and connected it again to my "Selore" docking station the next day, and nothing happens! It no longer provides power and there is no Ethernet support, monitor,...
I connected a tablet to the USB-C port and nothing happened either. However, when I connect my tablet to the USB-C port at the front of the station, it charges.
It seems like the port at the back is defective! Is there a solution? I do not understand the problem?
Should I return the station or do you have a solution to reactivate the port?
Thank you for your help?
Best regards,
Xavier
Hi @Xavier GRÉGOIRE,
To better solve the problems you encounter. Could you provide videos of the docking station in use? (The video includes the product, laptop and monitor).
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards
Here is the video, The station is powered on, and the PC's power port remains off. No projection on the secondary screen. At the end of the video, you will see that the mouse moves on the screen while the Bluetooth key is connected to the PC, and once connected to the docking station, it no longer moves!

Hi @Xavier GRÉGOIRE,
Thanks for the information you provided.
Please make sure to use the cable that came with the SEDK1501 docking station.
Best regards
Hello,
With the docking station, I only received a USB-C to USB-A cable while my PC's DP port is USB-C (hence the use of another '5A' USB-C cable).
The problem is that it worked during the first start-up of my PC with this docking station when I returned from work after using my new PC on another docking station.
When I came back home and reconnected it to the docking station, it no longer provides anything!
