USB-A ports not working


  • I purchased a this docking station 8 months ago from Amazon and all of a sudden, non of the USB ports working.

    2: Provide the product SN serial number (usually on the back of the product)

    3: Provide the connected device model

    4: Other suggestions, you can change another device to try to eliminate the problem of whether the device.

    5: If there are related videos and pictures to provide better (such as connected pictures or videos)


  • Have the same problem, non USB-A port is working.

    Here we need to confirm two things.
    1: What kind of device (such as mouse, keyboard, hard disk, etc.) are you using to connect to our USB A port? You can try connecting multiple devices to our product to rule out whether it is a problem with the USB device itself.

    2: Your computer has two Thunderbolt 4 interfaces. You can try another interface to rule out whether there is an abnormality in the computer interface.

    3: If it is convenient, please send us a video of your device connection.
