When connecting a headset to the output jack on a SEDK1001, the sound is pretty low despite putting all the volume level at max. I tried unplugging everything, looked for volume options in windows 11 but nothing can be done. The headset works well when connected directly to the PC output output. Can you confirm this is a defect or is there anything I can do ?

The audio of this product can be adjusted independently. Could you please use other C-port devices to test whether the same problem will occur?
