To avoid external reasons:
- Please make sure that you inserted the card completely.
- Reinsert the SD card and check that the surface chip is not smudged and that the metal areas are not dull or spotted. You can gently wipe off the stain with cotton dipped in a small amount of alcohol and wait for it to dry before re-inserting.
If the SD card works when inserted directly into your laptop but not when inserted into the docking station, please contact us for a return.
