This is what I have to do for the "AG solution upgrade". Will the "EP program upgrade" work if I connect the hub with USB-C?
I was referring to the "EP program upgrade". Don't I need to connect the hub to my Windows PC with a USB-A to USB-C cable (USB-A at PC, USB-C at hub)? I bought it end of 2021 from Amazon.
Well, my computer does not have USB-A ports (that is why I bought the hub), and connecting it using a USB-A to USB-C adaptor does not work. "USB has been removed!"
