Hi i have the 8 in 1 adapter. i can't get the hdmi or dp port to work but all the usb ports work ok. i'm trying to connect my HP 15-fc0016na to 2 external monitors but the laptop doesn't detect them. using windows 11 pro
Hi @tony coleman,
OK.
Please tell me the model of your product and the model of your computer device.
I am also having the same problem with my Selore docking station. My HDMI monitors are not working with the Selore docking station. It used to work; then started restarting for no explicable reason and now nothing. HDMI direct to the laptop OK. via your product no chance; other devices using the laptops USB c port works fine. Its the Selore Docking station that has the problem. How can this be fixed? This cannot be a coincidence.
Hi @Sal Vatore,
It may be a compatibility issue.
Please tell me the model of your product and the model of your computer device.
I'm having the same issue. On a macbook Pro 2023 and surface pro9
Same monitors and cables work with other HDMI to USB C connectors
Your model # is SEUC0225
Hi I'm having the same problem. I'm using a Asus Vivo Flip TP412F and trying to connect two Dell S3222HN curved monitors. Your device model is : SEUC0304.
Hi @Fitzroy Browne
Please confirm whether the computer is connected to the display: Windows key + I key can quickly open the settings, then find "system" in the settings, and then click "display or screen". On this page, pay attention to whether there is any content related to the display connected, if so, there will be a display window
The display window is recognized:
1. Check the input source of the display device: Make sure that the input source of the display device has been correctly set to the corresponding HDMI channel
2. Win+P key, if the display mode is only the computer screen, you need to adjust it to the extension or copy mode
3. After excluding the above two points, it is recommended that you upgrade the computer's own graphics card driver first, and then upgrade the product FW
The display window is not recognized:
1 Let the customer check the connection first, the HDMI cable and the HDMI interface of the docking station and the HDMI interface of the display device (such as monitor, TV, etc.) are firmly connected, without looseness or poor contact.
2. If you have other devices, you can change the computer for comparison test and then tell us the results.
I am also having the same issue . I have a Lenovo ThinkPad E15 paired to the Solare SEDK1401. One of my two monitors is not being dispalyed.
Hi @Paul Sholter
Thank you very much for taking the time to contact us.
Sorry for this. To help you better solve the problem, could you provide the following information:
1. Could you please provide your Amazon order number? (Or provide a screenshot of the order). Such as: 111-2974979-9328217
And please help send a picture of the back of the hub (SN).
2. Which cable do you use to connect the monitor to the hub (HDMI-HDMI or HDMI-DP or DP-DP or other)?
3. Can it display normally when only one monitor is connected?
4. Please set the resolution of the first monitor to 1080P@30Hz, and then can it display normally when the second monitor is connected?
5. Please press Win+P to check whether only the computer screen is set, and check whether the monitor connected via HDMI-HDMI is recognized in the computer's settings. You can refer to the attachment and send me a screenshot of your computer's recognition:
Display Settings ---- Advanced Display Settings ---- Check whether the monitor model is recognized.
Looking forward to your reply!
Sincerely,
