I recently got a model SEDK1407 docking station. I've hooked everything up correctly and confirmed there are no issues with my computer, monitors, or cables. Every couple of minutes I lose all connection to the docking station. My monitors loose signal, my mouse and keyboard disconnect, and I see that the ethernet port light turns off. It's almost as if the docking station is rebooting itself every few minutes.

The first possibility is that the power supply adapter is abnormal, resulting in abnormal docking power supply and phased disconnection;
The second possibility is that your computer port is abnormal, and all connections are disconnected when there is shaking;
The third possibility, wiring or connection is abnormal;
Therefore, in order to facilitate the analysis, please provide a complete video to see the specific connection and problem performance;

Yes, I am using the cable provided with the dock.
This is a company computer, so I can't just download a different driver, but I did just check and all drivers are up to date.
