Attention:

Not all Laptops with type-C ports are compatible with USB-C docking stations. The laptop's type-C port is looking the same, but it's different.

Types are below:

• Thunderbolt 3 port: Support 40Gbps Data Transfer, PD Charging, Video output

• USB-C(with DisplayPort Alt mode): 10Gbps Data Transfer, PD charging, Video output

• USB-C other types: Only support Data Transfer or only support power charging function.

NOTICE:

• The 2 HDMI & VGA video ports can be used at the same time, but for Windows laptops, it depends on the graphics card and setting of the source laptop. The Intel graphics chip is only capable of at most 3 displays at once, which includes the laptop display.

• When Dual HDMI and VGA work simultaneously, even DP1.4 but the resolution will down to 4K 30HZ &1080P.the actual resolution of monitors depends on the laptop's bandwidth and the resolution of connected monitors.

• Please plug in the Laptop's power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or multiple display purposes.
