DK1001 HDMI doesn't work after failed Driver Update


  • Hi,

    i tried to update my SEDK1001 (SN 2410) with provided instructions:

    But the update failed.

    After the failed update the RCDTool doesn't recognize the DK1001.

    I got an ISP Error code x800.

    In addition my two HDMI monitors are no longer recognized.

    Hello. Most of our products do not require driver updates.
    So I would like to know a question:

    Can you describe why you want to update the driver and the problem you want to solve? I will let our technicians analyze your problem.


  • I had problems with the resolution. 

    When i connected two monitors, one monitor didn't offer a good resolution or was flickering.

    As a workaround I had to connect a monitor direct to the laptop.
