Model SEUC0221 docking station No ports work at all

  Just discovered this forum

   

  Model SEUC0221 docking station No ports work at all

  Was working just fine from November 21 2023, totally happy with it

  then  today March 29 2024  then no connection at all, 

  plug/ unlug /plug in /recycle power to laptop, no recovery of the docking station of any device connected into it

  device is totally COLD (usually its warm).

  Laptop connection port is still operational when another device is plugged it
  
  Model SEUC0221
  I sent an email

  Support@seloreglobal.com

  with the Amazon order number and my address attached 
  is that what is needed for replacement /exchange/ etc?
