I'm running Win 11 and I have the SSD Docking Station 13 in 1 hub. I've tried it in 2 different Thunderbolt 4 ports, but Windows keeps saying it doesn't recognize the USB device. I has always worked as a power source connected to the laptop and it did work for a while using the audio port. It still is supplying power to the laptop and plugging a USB flash drive into the front USB works. ABut I'm not able to use the HDMI port to use another monitor and it's not recognizing a formatted M.2 board. It's not even showing up in the drive management. Seems like there's a driver or something that is needed to use all the features. Please provide a solution for this.
My laptop is a Lenovo Yoga 7 16IAP7

Hi @Ivan Varags,
Okay, I got your question.
In order to analyze the problem you encountered, I have a few questions for you:
1: What is the specific brand and model of your computer? Because we need to confirm whether port C supports video output
2: Provide an overall connection diagram, and our technology can make some judgments.
3: Please check and confirm whether other USB ports can be used normally.
Is this issue resolved? I have the same issue with Lenovo
Dear @Hari Prasanth Loganathan
Each person purchases a different product model and has different solutions.
1:Please provide your product SN serial number
2: What is the specific brand and model of your computer? Because we need to confirm whether port C supports video output
3: Provide an overall connection diagram, and our technology can make some judgments.
4: Please check and confirm whether other USB ports can be used normally.
