HI
We have 8 of your 14 in1 docking stations connected to Lenovo Thinkpad Laptops.
At the end of last week and all this week, the monitors they are connected to are going blank and you have to disconnect the dock to get the laptop back to life
The docking stations have been working great up until then.
Has a Windows update casued this?
Any suggestions on how to fix it? Its very frustratin for our users
Thanks
Dear @Jonathan Eddie ,
I am so sorry for the inconvenience brought by our products.
May i know that how many docking stations has this issue when connected with Thinkpad Laptops?
If convenient, you can try it with a different laptop model see if this issue remains.
Plus,Updating your windows system also may cause this issue.Did you update the system of the laptops? If so, please try to return to the graphics card driver first.
Operation steps:
1. Right-click "This Computer/Computer" and choose "Manage".
2. In the Device Manager window, choose Display Adapter. The graphics card model displayed in the drop-down list is displayed. Right-click the intel graphics card and select "Update Driver".
3. Select "Browse my Computer for Drivers".
4. Select Let me select (L) from the list of available drivers on the computer.
5. Select the appropriate driver and double-click the program to start the installation.
Please let us know how it is going. If issue remains, please don’t hesitate to contact us again. Thank you very much!
Best regards,

@Selore Global It is all our docking stations, we have about 10 in total. It started about 3 weeks ago and affects all our Laptops. We dont have another model of laptop.
The laptops are using the latest intel driver, says there is no updates
Is it a USB C issue?
Or a Windows update issue?
@Selore Global @Jonathan Eddie
I recently experienced the same issue as well. Tried the following steps with no resolution either.
