Hi,
I have a Dell XSP 13 and i bought a 13 in 1 to use with two external monitor (2 Dells).
I've connected them both via HDMI. Unfortunatly the second monitor won't go higher 1920x1080. The monitor is able to go to 3840x2160. The 1st monitor is working as expected. I've installed the latest monitor drivers, no luck.
I can't find any drivers for the 13 in 1.
I've tried different options but the monitor highest resolution is alaways 1920x1080.
Could you please help? Any ideas?
Thanks
Mat
I've also installed the driver following the procedure here: https://seloreglobal.com/pages/driver-upgrade
Nothing change.
Can you please advice if there's anything i can try?
thanks
Hello,
I've the same problem. I've also execute the procedure above, with no success.
So far, the only solution I've found is to use the hdmi port from my laptop (Dell Latitude 3410).
I'd really appreciate an update from Selore.
Thx
Dear @Matteo Mat
About solving the hub problem:
1. PC supports DP1.2: HDMI resolution will be 4K@30Hz if 2 HDMI ports are playing at the same time.
2. Only DP1.4 laptops can reach 4K@60Hz when HDMI 1 works alone.
3. Dual/triple display up to 4Kx2K 30Hz / 3840x2160 (HDMI 1+HDMI 2).
4. The maximum resolution/refresh rate achievable when connecting two displays depends on the display with the lowest resolution/refresh rate.
So check whether your computer supports DP1.2 or DP1.4 first.
If connecting a single hub can reach it
1.Connect a single HDMI from hub, then proceed as follows: Open Display Settings-Advanced Display Settings-Display 2's Display Adapter Properties-List All Modes-Find the option "3840*2160 60Hz" and select it.
2. If step 1 fails, please replace this HDMI port with another HDMI port (HDMI 1 of this hub supports 4K@60hz, HDMI 2 supports 4k@30hz) and check.
3. if you connect both HDMI ports of the hub, but none of the HDMI ports can reach 4k@60hz, then it will be the problem of the program, you may need to upgrade the program, you can find the seller to send you the upgrade program

Hi @Matteo Mat
1. Please make sure whether the hub needs driver, and whether your driver is correct, this can find the seller to confirm.
2. If the driver is correct, you can change the computer to try, if it still does not work, it may be a problem with the product!
