No HDMI output

  I have purchased the Selore USB C - 15 Port Dual HDMI+1 DisplayPort (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Docking-Station-Monitor-DisplayPort-Ethernet-Dual-HDMI-1/dp/B0BGGVN39Z/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1).

   

  This is connected to my MacBook Air M1 2020 (macOS Ventura 13.2.1) and a 65W USB Power adapter.

   

  I get no output on either of the HDMI ports - I have tried both - WHY?

   

  I have a small portable USB C hub from another brand with a single HDMI port and this works to allow me to extend my display, so I know that all leads & external screen are good.

  Model Number for USB-C Triple Display Docking Station is: SEDK1401-UK

  Problem is solved - the USB C cable to connect the Hub with the MacBook Air was the issue. 

   

  New cable and all working.
