USB hub not working with MSI sword 15 laptop

    I bought the hub and HDMI and DIsplay port worked fine with Dell laptop.  Have a new MSI sword laptop with NVidia RTX 3070 Ti video card.  Now, monitor just shows black screen when trying to connect a display through the hub. 

    I have done this with power from a wall to the hub and no power and there's no difference.  Not sure what to do so hub can be supported with laptop.

    Based on my experience, it is necessary to check if your Micro Star Sword laptop is incompatible with the hub. You may need to first check the specific model of the computer, and then go to the official website to check if it is compatible.
