Hello Selore,
I purchased one of your 7 in 1 docks and am quite a frustrating issue with it.
I have it connected to my Laptop and two additional monitors. Every so often the additional monitors will drop the signal and switch back on after around 5-10 seconds.
Both are running 1080p @ 60hz with 2 4k capable HDMI cables in use.
Could you please assist me in rectifying this issue ?

Will this problem occur if you only connect with one monitor at a time?
Whether this problem suddenly occured or always existed?
Please try change a HDMI connection cable to test if it works properly.
