SEUC 0507 HDMI-2 does not work

  Hello I have both a Dell Lapto and a Chromebook that when connecting my hub to it, only HDMI-1 port seems to register the monitor.  This has been happening ever since I received this product, and I would really like this to be working as expected.

  To better solve the problem, please provide the information as follows:

  1. Please provide your detailed laptop model.
  2. After connecting the devices, please open the display settings and check whether the monitor is recognized. Then, kindly take a photo or video of the entire setup, including the hub, laptop, and monitor.
