Hub is dead after 5 months

    I bought the hub USB 7 in 1 (ref: SEUC0116C) and it stopped working today.

    I was using it to have HDMI on my Macbook Pro M1 but last time I plugged it in, nothing happened.

    1. Tried on a different computer, didn't work
    2. Tried on a different port, didn't work
    3. Tried a different USB hub, it worked, anything else worked but the hub is not charging, not displaying HDMI ou USB key, it's dead.

    How can I have a new one sent? I bought it in the EU and it lasted less than 6 months.

    Hi @Martin C. 

    To better solve your problem, please connect your laptop to the monitor, USB devices, etc. Open the display settings on your computer. Record a complete video (include the product, laptop and monitor).
