Finally been able to set up a time with my work IT to get this installed and we have a question. The instruction file example only has one BIN file to choose from, but the file you sent me has 2. Which one are we supposed to use?

Try the first one first, if that doesn't solve the problem, then try the second one.
Both files failed. At this point my IT department is recommending returning this dock and looking for something else to fill it's function, but we're willing to try something else if there are any other solutions?

We give the reasons why your upgrade failed. You can check:
1: If the HDMI monitor you are connected to does not display normally, the upgrade program will fail;
2: If you upgrade a computer with a higher processor version, there may be compatibility issues between the older computer and the upgrade program
3: The graphics card driver of the computer itself, you need to use our cable to connect.
1: My monitor has no other issues with display and is displaying normally with my previous set up
2: What does this even mean? Are you saying my computer is too old? Or too new? It's a high power Z-book from 2020, so I would think it should be compatable.
3: I am using the provided cable and all my drivers are up to date.
Again, at this point my IT department is recommending I return the dock. Can we make that happen?
