USB Device Not Recognized - SEUC6002 hub on Win11

    When I plug in the SEUC6002 hub on a Win11 laptop, I get a USB Device Not Recognized message.

     

    the hub works with USB devices connected to it like keyboard.

     

    however, it doesn't work with the HDMI port. I've tried 2 of these hubs and have the same issue.

     

    Are there Win11 drivers for SEUC6002 hub I can install?

    In order to better solve your problem,
    What is your computer model?
    A suggestion: You can try connecting other devices to check if it is a compatibility issue.
