Having dual 4K/60Hz diplays on DP ports might work together if it is a lucky day. Most of the time only one DP port will work and always the same port. And same story having dual 4K on DP + HDMI ports.

It could be related to refresh rate/resolution, you can connect one DP port first and then turn the resolution to the lowest, wait for one to work before connecting the second port, if the second one works as well, try to turn the resolution up step by step.
