I have a Selore docking station 14 in 1 that I've been using with my thinkpad lenovo laptop and the two HDMI ports were working just fine. But on my Dell inspiron The monitor were detected but not showing anything.
So, I thought that I should installed a specific driver but since I downloaded and followed the instruction on driver upgrade on Selore website (https://seloreglobal.com/pages/driver-upgrade) my two hdmi ports stopped working.
Even in my Thinkpad laptop (in which it was working well) The monitors are not even detected in the display settings.
Please, can you help me solve this issue?

May I know if you have downloaded the corresponding driver for the correct product and strictly followed the driver upgrade procedure for the upgrade? If the driver of other products is downloaded or the upgrade instructions are not followed, it may cause the HDMI port to stop working.
