ISPTool Update Issue

I recently tried to update my device using your firmware update tool.  Half way through, the process failed.  Anytime I try to run the update now, it displays the following:

    "Trying into ISP mode...

Enter ISP mode fail!  Error code: 0x800."

I cannot erase or perform any operation without seeing the above message.

I have tried this process using two different PC's.  Prior to this, I was using a DP port to VGA adapter.  Whilst I could not see the screen, the PC could detect the monitor in device settings.  After this failed update, it can no longer detect an additional monitor.

    Dear @Kyle Wallder
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The error code you encountered indicates that there is an issue with the environment.   Typically, the environment requirement is a Windows operating system with an 11th or 12th generation processor, and an external display that functions properly.

To better assist you in resolving this issue, you can contact our after-sale support email (support@seloreglobal.com) and provide us with the brand and model of your computer, as well as the product model and SN. This will enable us to provide you with better tools and updated programs.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best regards,
    Selore Support

I had to unplug all devices (additional screen, usb devices) from my laptop and then use the ISPTool to avoid that error.
