My Docking station stop working after 6-7 months of use.
It received no shocks (still at same place, no move).
It's still the same laptop (HP EliteBook 840 G6) that I'm using. The USB-C port of my laptop is still fine, i can use my power alimentation.
Nothing happens after the connection of the dock (no power, no HDMI, no USB).
I'm really disappointed with the lifetime of the product.
Can you please help me?

To better help you solve problem, could you please provide the Amazon order number?
If it is convenient, could you please try connecting the hub to another computer that has a USB-C port and supports video output, to see if it can work normally?
