I have a Dell XPS 13 laptop wired into the USB C Docking Station 16 IN 1 but my external monitor resolutions are too low at 1680x1050. How can it be made to take full advantage of the supported screen resolution of my external monitors?

Thanks for your message.In order to better solve the problems you encounter. Could you please provide videos or pictures of the your laptop display settings (such as the resolution rate and refresh rate) during connecting two monitors.
You can find it by the below steps:
the laptop's Display Settings→Advanced Display Settings→then select Monitor 2 and Monitor 3
And could you provide us your monitors brand&model? We will try our best to solve the issue for you.
