USB 3.0 Running Slow

    Hello,

    I have purchased a Selore USB 3.0 hub. Model: SEUC0224

    The hdmi to connect my screens works absolutely fine. However when I connect my wireless mouse and Keyboard to the hub by USB3.0, it is very unreactive and slow. To the point I use the touchpad and laptop keyboard. 

    Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

    I have a lenovo Thinkpad E14 Gen 4

    2 x screens are Acer QG241Y

    Dear Amy,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this product.

    Because USB3.0 and wireless devices have similar frequencies, they will interfere with each other when used together, this will cause the signal of mouse and keyboard instability. So, we recommend that you directly use the USB2.0 port to connect the mouse.

    But if it's very low, please try to use wired keyboard or mouse and check whether have the same problems.
