Hi,
I am the same issue with my 2 laptops - Microsoft Surface and HP Elite. Monitors are not detected when my pc is turned on from sleep mode.
Is there a configuration or driver that I should install to resolve this issue? I have bought 2 Docking station 15-1 from Amazon.ca for my wife and myself, we both have the same issue.
Please help to resolve this issue.

Sorry for all inconveniences caused by the adapter.
All hubs need to be reinserted after the laptop sleeps and wakes up, which is a common problem of hub products. The monitors will work properly after reinserting the hub.
If you don't want to reinsert the product every time the laptop wakes up, you can set the laptop to never sleep in the Display Settings. Hope this idea will help you.

Is there an app that needs to be downloaded in order for the dongle (model SEU2205) to be recognized by my Macbook Air (retina, 13-inch, 2019, running macOS Monterey V 12.6.7)? When I plug the it into my laptop, the light goes on but nothing else happens. What am I doing wrong?

You don't need a driver for this docking station. If you don't want to re-insert the product every time your laptop wakes up, you can set your laptop to never hibernate in the "Display Settings". I hope the above suggestions will help you.
