Hi Widmer,
Thanks for your posting and for taking the time to contact us.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the docking station.
Please try to cross-test devices with our docking station. First of all, please make sure that your network is unblocked, and then find another C port mobile phone, laptop, or tablet, use our product to connect the network cable, and check whether the network and network port lights are normal.
- If you cannot connect to the network or the network port light is off when using other devices, it might be a product problem, please contact us at support@seloreglobal.com to get a replacement.
- If it works fine on other devices, then there may be a problem with your computer settings. Consider using software such as Driver Talent Pro, Driver Magician, Driver Booster Pro, Driver Reviver, and other driver software to scan, detect, download, and install drivers.
Apologize again for the product problem. Happy holidays.
Best regards,
Judy

Why am I losing internet connection when I connect a second monitor?
Hi Community,
So I have been using 1 monitor for the last year everything’s been fine. However I have recently added an extra 4k monitor [https://www.lenovo.com/fr/fr/c/LAPTOPS]. So now I have a 2 monitor set up.
Suddenly after a few seconds of turning my new set up my internet stopped working. After trying to trouble shoot I couldn’t figure out why. So I thought it could be the second monitor. Since everything was working fine beforehand. Then boom like magic my internet worked again. As soon as I connected the 4k monitor again I lost that connection. I tested the 4k monitor by itself and still no connection. I am at a loss for words.
Why does my new monitor block me from connection to the internet?? I am using a Ethernet cable.
Thank you for your kindly supporting.
Thank You
Stella
Dear @Stella Gomez,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that our network card unit is not in the same place with the video display unit which should not affect the video performance. If convenient, you could also try a different monitor see if issue remains.
