I got an issue with the Selore&S-Global 15-in-1 docking station. When plugging in a 1080p@120hz monitor in a HDMI port, I can get it running at 120hz. If I plug an additional 1080p@60hz monitor in the DP port, then I can't get the first one to run at 120hz (both run at max 60hz).
The description of the product says that 4k@30hz is supported with dual monitors. This bandwitdh is enough for both monitors to run at their maximum refresh frequencies.
Could you please help me with that?

Hi Arian,
Thank you so much for your information.
After looking up the specification of your laptop, we find that there have Thunderbolt 4 ports, which are theoretically capable of supporting higher refresh rate resolutions.
We have 2 ways for you to resolve the resolution problem:
- Please go to Display Settings of your laptop, find the advanced Display Settings and Display 2 and 3 adaptability options, list all modes, and select a higher refresh rate and resolution inside the list. The specific steps can be referred to https://seloreglobal.com/community/xenforum/topic/81274/how-to-adjust-to-the-ideal-resolution
- We have sent Firmware and Upgrade Steps to the email address you left when you registered for the forum, please upgrade following the steps.
If you have further problems, please feel free to contact us!
Apologize again for the product problem. Happy holidays.
Best regards,
Judy
