2 problems, ethernet constantly disconnecting and disconnecting device is blocking my home network

Hello, I have 2 problems using my 13 in 1 hub (this one : https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B0B49TP6GL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

i use it with a samsung s10 and sometimes with a s21+, connected to 4k display with hdmi cable , powered by a 67W phone charger, and with keyboard and mouse connected too,

problem 1 : if i unplug my phone from the hub,  my computer pc connected to my home network loses network connection, i have to plug out the ethernet cable from the hub to get my network back, or to power off the hub from power delivery

problem 2 : ethernet connection is regularly lost , no access to internet and home network (192.168....) , ethernet lights are still blinking (very fast ) but i have no access

for the 2 problems the only "solution" i found is to buy a usb-c charging cable with an power switch, but it's not a good solution as i have to use it constantly to get my connection back (at start its purpose was only to power the hub off when i disconnect my phone and to not loose my home network on other devices and not to have to constantly unplug the cables) ...
so when i plug the power back ethernet network works again, but it's very frustrating to have to do this every 30 min (i dont know if it's regular but ethernet connection never hold very long)

thanks to help me solve this problem (I bought 2 same 13 in 1 hubs and i have exact same problem with the two hubs, I tested several things but nothing seems to change this behaviour)

    regards

    Hi Lox Lau,

    Thank you for posting!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the docking station.

This problem may be related to the computer settings. Before proceeding to the next step of troubleshooting the issue, please check whether the built-in energy-saving function of the wireless network card is turned on.

    1. Right-click on the [Start] menu at the bottom left corner of the mouse and select [Device Manager]
    2. Click on the [Network Adapter] option
    3. Right-click the first option, and click [Properties] on the pop-up page
    4. Click on [Power Management]
    5. Uncheck [Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power] and click [OK]

Please let us know if the steps can work.

Apologies for the product issue, and thank you for giving us a chance to help!

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Can you please take a video showing "problem  1: if i unplug my phone from the hub,  my computer pc connected to my home network loses network connection, i have to plug out the ethernet cable from the hub to get my network back, or to power off the hub from power delivery" and send it to Support01@seloretech.com We'll pass the video to our technicians and help you through email.

Thanks for your support and understanding.

@Selore Global ok but for now my biggest problem is the constant disconnections (maybe related to chipset as i tested a "usb3gig" linksys device that doesnt disconnect , and another "uni" device that disconnects and may have the same chipset (ax ... vs  r8152 or 53..) )... the problem i have using the linksys is that it works well with my s21 but it is not recognize by my s10

i bought a usb-c switch (interruptor) to power of the hub when it pauses my entire network - furtthermore from my research over the web, i think the problem of pausing entire network is well known and have been reported .. (i don't know if the firmware you made me install is about this problem or the discontections problem but for the moment, i just tested the fact of not loosing my connection )

    edit :

here is the article describing what i experience with my selore hub pausing my entire network ( as said , i didn't check if your new firmware helps with this problem)
