- It did not work when the first time used.
- Check if it is a compatibility problem. You can contact us to confirm the compatibility or by yourself with this blog: How Do I Know If My Device is Compatible with Selore Docking Station.
- Not a compatibility problem → Check the power of your laptop power adapter. Docking Station pre-deduction 5W when using a 60 W power adapter, pre-deduction 12W-15W when using a 100W power adapter. We suggest that you use a power adapter with a power of 65W or more. (Please make sure your power adapter supports the PD protocol)
- Not a power problem→Cross-test with another device →Test other devices also not working → Product problem (please get in touch with Amazon or us for a return & refund).
