SEU0304 not transmitting display

    I have several SEU0304 in an office environment - one device (Windows 11, current version) can no longer function with the docks. It has previously worked (Last known good usage Thursday 04/09) but no longer works with any of the docks available. Power & USB are both working, as the laptop charges from the dock connection and connected USB devices work, but monitors display that there is no signal from the DisplayPort connections.

    Please advise.

    Hi, To better address your issue, please provide the following information:

    1. Provide the specific computer model;
    2. Any changes in your usage environment compared to normal operation, such as replacing the monitor or upgrading the computer system (e.g., whether Windows 11 was updated after 04/09).
