no output works - SEDK1407

  Hi, 

  I plugged the docking station SEDK1407 into my Dell XPS 13 laptop, the light is on on the docking station, which indicates that the power is working, but none of the outputs (HDMI, USB, USB-C, etc.) are working.

  What should I do?

  Hi, To better solve your issue more effectively, please provide the following:

  1. The specific model of your computer to verify compatibility.
  2. Ensure you are using the cable included with the product. (Note: This product requires use with a DC power adapter.)
  3. A complete connection diagram that includes the product, your computer and monitor.
