I recently purchased the above-mentioned HDMI hub, and while the USB ports on the device (used for keyboard and mouse) are functioning correctly, the dual HDMI display output is not being recognized by my system. I have already checked my display settings and confirmed that Windows is not detecting any external displays through the hub.
