I have purchased a USB C Docking station with 65W Power Adapter, 16 in 1 USB C Dock Quad Monitor Dual HDMI DisplayPort VGA Laptop Docking Station with 2 HDMI, USB A&C 3.1, 2*USB A 3.0, RJ45 Ethernet PD100W Audio SD/TF
It worked for a couple of hours and then completely lost power with the LED light blank and not coming back on. I wondered if this was due to it overheating so I left it a day.
Tried again and now the LED light is flashing contrinuously along with the two Ethernet lights when I use the 65W charging lead it come with.
Any ideas before I return it?

Hi @Stuart Deacons ,
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. But we will certainly solve your problem to your satisfaction.
However, according to your description, we can not completely judge where the problem is coming from, so we need you to provide:
1: SN serial number (usually on the back of the product)
2: Product model
3: Computer model
4: Whether there is a fault video (for our better analysis)
We are waiting for your reply.

@Stuart Deacons
Thank you for the above, but there is one important point.
Could you please provide a video? (Including the connection wires of the entire base, as well as the LED flickering fault and the screen display) so that we can better analyze it.
Hey Guys did you end up finding the fix for this? I have the exact same issue but I've had mine for about a year.

Trying to connect to a Thinkpad X1
I was using it fine like I said for a year and then today I came in and doesn't work. Light flashing. I can't upload a video to this thread, the text options won't let me.
Hi @Emilie D,
Please try the following steps:
Restart your computer or change another computer, use the cable we configured, re-plug and re-connect to see if the problem can be solved.
If you cannot provide a video, please provide a complete photo (including connection details, take more photos)
