16 in 1 USB C Dock not working - LED light flashing white constantly

  I have purchased a USB C Docking station with 65W Power Adapter, 16 in 1 USB C Dock Quad Monitor Dual HDMI DisplayPort VGA Laptop Docking Station with 2 HDMI, USB A&C 3.1, 2*USB A 3.0, RJ45 Ethernet PD100W Audio SD/TF

  It worked for a couple of hours and then completely lost power with the LED light blank and not coming back on. I wondered if this was due to it overheating so I left it a day. 

  Tried again and now the LED light is flashing contrinuously along with the two Ethernet lights when I use the 65W charging lead it come with.

  Any ideas before I return it?

  However, according to your description, we can not completely judge where the problem is coming from, so we need you to provide:

  1: SN serial number (usually on the back of the product)
  2: Product model
  3: Computer model
  4: Whether there is a fault video (for our better analysis)
