I've have three displays, all Samsung Odyssey G5s (2 24" and 1 32"). I'm connected with the 32" running DP on DisplayLink 2 and one of the 24" displays on HDMI to DisplayLink 1. The third monitor is connected to what is presumably the 8K HDMI port and it will not push video. My host is an HP Elitebook 840.
I've installed the Displaylink Manager App, I've installed the display link drivers. Absolutely nothing I do will get that third display working. What is wrong with your product?
It seems that the dock doesn't provide power to the host, nor does it work with a simple two port 8K USB-C switch. This is just an all around shite buy. Sadly looks like I'll be returning this one. For the £130 I spent on this, these are basic things that should just work. Especially if I'm installing drivers.

But there is some information that you need to provide completely
1: HP Elitebook 840 is not a complete model, with G3 G4 G9, etc. on the back; you need to provide the prodID on the back of the computer
2: You need to provide the product SN serial number (usually on the back of the product);
3: Please confirm whether the display you are referring to is the HDMI port next to the connected USB port, because this port requires the computer to support video output, so we need the specific brand and model of the computer, and we have to check whether it is supported.

Not interested in solving this one. Even if you were able to get the HDMI port working, it still can't operate with my switch, nor does it provide power to the host. It's 100% not worth the time or energy in trying to resolve it. This one is going back. Thanks for engaging though.
Pro-Tip: It might be worth sharing the list of compatible devices so people don't waste their time or money buying a product that isn't going to work. It's frustrating and completely avoidable.
