We have a Fujitsu Lifebook U7310 (win11, fully patched and up-to-date) connected to a Selore 15-in-1 USB-C dock. The mouse and keyboard ports work, but there is no external monitor detected (we have tried both HDMI ports).
The dock *does* work fully with another laptop.
Please advise.

According to your description, here are some guidance:
1: Reconnect with our configured cable, then open the computer display settings, take a picture of the whole, first confirm whether the connection is normal and whether the display settings are recognized;
2: If everything is normal, but not recognized, you can first use another computer with normal display to upgrade the program, and then switch back to test;
3: Since this computer was originally installed with win10 system, it may be incomplete after changing to win11. It is recommended that you go to Fujitsu official website to find the computer win11 driver, especially the bios and graphics card driver, and reinstall the port driver.
