I'm using SEDK1401 to connect 1 monitor. I have a 2nd monitor connected to the HDMI output on my laptop. The monitor connected to the SEDK1401 is noticeably dimmer. If I switch the connections, whichever monitor is connected to the SEDK1401 is dim.

In order to solve your problem more quickly, please provide the SN serial number of the product (usually on the back of the product). It would be even better if you could provide a video of the fault.

S/N is 2405. If I connect both external monitors through the USB-C hub, they are both dim.

After the technical support, we provide two suggestions:
1: Consider manually adjusting the brightness of the monitor. There is a button on the monitor to adjust it.
2: After completing the first step, if there is no way to achieve it, please take a video so that we can better analyze it. Thank you
