SEUC3908 - After 7 Months almost all USB-A Ports dont work

    I use the Dock only for USB Devices. 
    After 7 Months almost all USB-A did not recognize the devices. There's only one port left which is pretty hit or miss with the connections. 
    I bought it in August 2023 and I cant wrap my head around to spend so much money on a device that breaks within couple of months. 

    Theres no difference if I plug the Dock to an external power source or not. the ports are dead. 

    The cable is not bend and the ports looks physically clean without any damages.

    I use it purely at home on my mac and it didnt left my table in the last months.

     

    I'm really dissapointed.. really!
