    Hello, recently bought a Selore SEUC3310 SN 2208. I have two issues. I have two monitors connected via HDMI - it works fine but then intermittently, the screens black out and come back on again a couple of seconds later.  I have checked the cables are correctly inserted and the power is fine.  Laptop is not on sleep mode.
    Second issue, I have a wireless keyboard usb inserted in one usb port and a wireless mouse usb inserted in another. The keyboard sticks when typing. I have taken they keyboard usb out and inserted it directly in to the laptop (Lenovo thinkpad X1) and it works fine.
    I have checked your support forum and kind find a resolution. Please can you help.
    Thanks

    @Priti Mehta Hi

    1: You first manually update the graphics card driver, and if Windows has an update option, you can choose to update;
    2: There is a link below about the upgrade procedure of UC3310, you can try to upgrade

    @Selore Global

    All graphics drivers were up todate on my device so I moved onto the upgrade procedure for the UC3310. I followed the instructions provided however it failed and now I'm not getting any video outputs from the device. i've attached an image of the failure. It appers that the tool is not recognising that the evice is connected.

    @Priti Mehta Hi,

    From the screenshot you provided, it shows 800. The error code 800 is usually caused by the computer. Maybe you can find other Windows that can support video output and upgrade it.
