Hi!
I have been using the docking station for the last couple of months with my worklaptop and 2 external screens without an issue. Resolutions were not the best, but acceptable. However starting january, one of the screens then the other stopped being detected by my laptop. It does not work with one or the other connected only either. I assumed windows update messed it up but all local driver up to date. I suspected a firmwire update needed for the doc but could not find one. Also some of the usb periferias stopped working as well, while others are fine. they are connected via an usb hub.
Using the setup without the hub works perfectly fine with all screens and usb periferias

Thanks in advance.
Hi @Vilmos P
So sorry for the inconvenience.
Advice provided from the technical team:
①Can you try other device testing? ,
If the product supports normal video output, then test all ports such as USB/HDMI together; check whether the results are normal.
If video output is not supported, then test the USB mouse and keyboard, etc. Check whether the result is normal
② If everything is normal on other devices, consider that it is due to a system upgrade, and an upgrade program can be provided to solve the display problem;
③ Provide videos or photos to check whether there are any abnormalities in the connection.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Looking forward to your reply!
Sincerely,
Lucy
