Hdmi port - breaking ARC/CEC

    HEllo,

     

    I've narrowed down the issue to the seuc3703 dock, when connected to my TV via a hdmi cable and my TV connected to my amp, audio stops working and will not work until the hdmi is disconnected from the TV, if I connect the dock directly to the amp, the sake issue is persistent, it appear as if the dock is breaking ARC/CEC which means I cannot use this dock to get my ally to display on the TV. 

    Is there a fix for this? The hdmi cables I am using are more than adequate and have worked flawlessly with a desktop connected with a RTX 4080 to my TV and ARC works perfectly.

    Perhaps some firmware update or something to the dock?

    If it is a computer, after connecting, open the audio settings page, take a video of the fault and send it to us.
