SEUC0228 - Monitor Screen freeze


  • Hello!

    I have a Selore Model SEUC0228, Serial Number 2312. I use it to connect 2 monitors via HDMI cables.

    Every so often, as much as 10-15 times in 8 hours work day, the device stops working. The two monitor screens freeze. The keyboard, also connected via the docker, still works.

    I have to then unplug and replug the USB connection to my macbook, and it starts working. Repeating it so many times a day is harming my productivity and is frustrating.

    Please suggest a resolution.

    Regarding your problem, the solution given by the technical department is to uninstall your previous driver software, then re-download and install the driver. The URL for installing the new driver is: https://www.siliconmotion.com/download/3Xf/a/index.html
