Bluetooth Speaker Issues


  • Ever since plugging in the docking station (purchased from Amazon), my Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker now does not seem to be able to maintain a stable connection with my laptop. The Bluetooth speaker continuously disconnects and reconnects, which it has never done before, and when selected as the default audio device, consistently skips. I have set the Bluetooth speaker as default and disallowed all other audio devices to ensure they do not interfere, as well as updating all of the audio and system drivers, but the issue persists. Does anyone else have this problem? I am not sure if it is specific to my singular purchased docking station, or if it is a model-wide issue..
