My SEUC0304 suddenly is disconnecting/reconnected within a second. I will get a message in Windows that the device is not recognized. However, I don't lose any monitors or USB drives. Everything continues to work.
I know it's NOT the USB drives because I can mount them on a Dell Docking station and the drives work without any problems. I know it's not the monitors because they are NOT USB devices. The only thing it seems to be is the USB-C Thunderbolt docking station.
Thank you for any thoughts or help you might provide.
Dear @Louis James
I apologize for the inconvenience.
In order to better solve your problem, please help us try the following:
1)Would you mind to send us the detailed model of your laptop? Such as: HP Elitebook 830 G5
2)Turn over the USB-C port on our hub, plug it into the laptop again, and check if there is an error;
3) Use driver wizard or driver software such as Driver Talent Pro, Driver Magician, Driver Booster Pro, Driver Reviver to scan, detect and download and install drivers;
4)Find the Universal Serial Master Controller in Device Manager, then uninstall the USB driver, and then right-click to scan the hardware changes and re-obtain the driver; Especially pay attention to the "exclamation mark", you need to uninstall first, and then right-click to scan the hardware changes, it will be installed automatically. Finally, it is recommended to restart the computer.
If the above methods still cannot solve your problem, it is recommended that you contact our after-sales email (support@seloreglobal.com) and we can provide more professional technical support and solutions.
Best regards
