Model SEDK0701 issue


  • I recently purchsed this USB-C hub and connected to my Dell Inspiron 16 7610 and connected one monitor through HDMI port. It worked for about a week. Then it started giving problem, once it goes to sleep mode it doesn't work. Monitor will come on for split second and goes black!! I have disconnected the hub and re-connected as suggested in response on Forum but didn't work. Drivers are all up to date. To get it work I have to re-start my laptop then only it will work. Also to power up this hub I have connected it to mains (so when laptop goes to sleep it deosn't lose power etc.) do you think this is fauly hub? My laptop keep making notification sound but can't see/detact any message or any alerts? 

    Sorry about long post, but has anyone encountered similar issue? has anyone got solution? otherwise my money has been wasted as this is not cheap item.
