HDMI-2 PORT Stopped working after 2 days of use!

    I purchased the model above and after a day of operation the HDMI-2 port stopped working.

    I've tested it on another monitor.
    I already changed HDMI cable
    I already checked the laptop drivers
    I've tested it on 2 different laptops.

    When I connect the monitor directly to the laptop with an HDMI cable, it works normally, so I have no problems with the cable or the USB-C port on the laptop. Another detail is that the HDMI-1 port works normally. I am quite upset with the product because in 2 days it already presented problems.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    Can you tell me the model of your laptop and the model of the display? 
    Also, can you try again to unplug all other devices and connect only HDMI2 to the display through your computer and see if the computer recognises the display?
