I'm running on Windows 11 and my computer has the following port according to manufacturer specs:
- 1 x DisplayPort 1.4 Type-C over USB 3.2 Gen 2
I bought your dual HDMI adapter on Amazon (SEUC0703) and plugged it in my USB-C port and I get an error:
"Display connection might be limited"
When I go in in my device manager, I see two usb devices named "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)"
Is there a fix for that or should I return the adapter?
Hi @Cedric Duquette ,
We would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience caused by this adapter.
1)Whether you have a phone, tablet or other laptop with a type-C port, if it does not support display output, you can use them to test other USB ports function of the USB C Hub, such as whether an external U disk can work. If it do support display output, you can test whether the Hub's HDMI ports function is good.
2)If you connect other devices with the USB C hub, and test the USB ports or HDMI ports is normal, then need check your laptop. If the USB ports and HDMI ports are not working properly on any device, it may be hub's problem;
We would appreciate if you could provide a video during you test.Thanks for understanding.
